We can do ALL of the reading! I’ve learned so much since this morning, it’s not even funny. It’s just nice to actually get a feel for what I’m doing, idk. Nero hasn’t had a stable history since her creation, so it’s about time I actually give her some ground to stand on. Maybe her world is just our world with the addition of the paranormal and the supernatural.
At least that would explain her existence while still keeping with the history of the world. It’s easier to go on instead of making an entirely new headworld. Another dimension maybe.
Anyway, yeah, I might keep this idea. It depends on how much I care about changing her age midway through. It’s okay for Hetherev, because I don’t think she’s very sure about how old she is right now anyway, let alone where she came from. I think she’s only mentioned a few places where she’s settled down in the past, but nothing from her childhood has come up yet.
So, this could still work. Right? <:[ I don’t want to do this if it’s going to risk messing up all of the roleplays and storylines that I’ve already created. I’d love Alex’s input on this when he gets back, if he feels like talking. You and he are great for bouncing ideas off of when it comes to having older characters.
Nero’s appearance would probably change a bit, come to think of it. She won’t be looking that young for that long. <:I I planned on changing her looks a bit because of her return from the afterlife to begin with, so maybe it won’t cause that much of a hiccup…
I really don’t think it would cause much of a hiccup myself. XD Her age hasn’t even been referenced in challenges. You’re providing a way for her to look older via her ghost change, so I don’t see any harm. It doesn’t seem like a significant change. People will still recognize her, even if she’s got a few lines in her face.
It’ll be interesting to ping Gethin/Gale off her and vice versa if she is from ancient Crete. What time in history were you considering? Marmareon comes from around 300 BC (either right after, or just before the Christianity buzz). This is around the time of a lot of trade activity associated with Athens, the birth of democracy and the construction of the Parthenon. Give or take a century. I may be thinking of 450 BC or a marker in between.
*I meant to say that because with so much trade and Mar possibly being on a trading ship he may have been in Crete before.
